Sonora Sound Healing

❋ Harvest Full Moon

The full moon is a moment of culmination. Whatever has been building all month rises to the surface, and whatever no longer serves you is ready to be released. This gong bath is a space to do exactly that, without effort.

Sound healer practitioner, professional musician and natural medicine enthusiast.

What to expect

You'll arrive to a warm, softly lit room. We begin with a few minutes of grounding and a short reflection on the moon and what you're ready to let go of. Then you lie down, close your eyes, and the sound takes over.

I play singing bowls, gongs and my own voice. The bowls open the space with clear, shimmering tones. The gongs carry you deeper, into long waves of sound that you feel in the body as much as hear. The voice weaves through it all, the most human and intimate of the three. Together they slow the breath, quiet the mind and let the nervous system drop into deep rest. Some people drift into sleep, some see colours, some feel emotion move through and pass. All of it is welcome, and none of it is required.

We close slowly, with silence, and then tea together for those who want to stay a little longer.

Mats and tea are provided. Bring a blanket and wear something warm and comfortable. Your body cools down when you lie still, and you'll want to be cosy. A pillow or eye mask is a nice extra if you have one.

Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early so you can settle in. Once the sound begins, the door closes.

Charlotte is a composer, producer and vocalist who has spent her life inside sound. A Berklee-trained musician and Spellemann Award winner, she has released music through her own label, toured stages across Europe, the US and Asia, and been described by The Guardian as "as assured as Solange". Her voice, and the way she uses it, is the thread through everything she does.

By overcoming personal trauma, much with the help of sound healing she is now eager to facilitate a space for others to heal. Now completing her gong practitioner training with Northern Light Yoga in Oslo, Charlotte brings her ear to a much quieter kind of work. In her sound baths she plays singing bowls and gongs creating a slow, immersive space where the nervous system can rest and the mind can let go.

She lives on Fornebu, just outside Oslo and holds her sessions in Norwegian and English.
